Venoos Vahid is an attorney who focuses her practice on employment-based immigration matters. She has represented companies ranging from startups and small businesses to multinational corporations, advising employers and foreign nationals on a broad spectrum of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Venoos has extensive experience preparing and managing complex employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, NIW, E-1, E-2, E-3, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions.
Venoos earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the International Law Review and distinguished herself in international advocacy competitions. She was recognized as Best Oral Advocate in the Spanogle International Arbitration Competition and competed in the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, magna cum laude, from George Mason University.
A dual citizen of the United States and Australia, Venoos brings an international perspective to her practice and is passionate about helping employers and talented professionals navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law.
