About
Rick brings over 25 years of experience assisting with business immigration matters, as well as managing the preparation and review of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN (MCA), O-1 PERM, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3, as well as I-9, PERM audit, and Public Access File compliance reviews. Rick also brings experience leading an immigration program from the company side in his role as an Immigration Manager for a tech company.
Rick earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade from Clemson University. During his free time, he enjoys time by the pool and cooking his family’s favorite Peruvian recipes.
