Lindsey Kreamer is an attorney at Murray Osorio PLLC focused on defensive matters. Prior to joining Murray Osorio PLLC, she was an attorney at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark and at a private firm located in New York, where she represented individuals before USCIS and Immigration Courts primarily in New York and New Jersey. Lindsey has secured favorable outcomes for clients seeking asylum, cancellation of removal, and permanent residence.
Lindsey earned her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. During law school, she gained hands-on experience through the Refugee & Immigrant Rights Litigation Clinic, where she drafted memoranda of law and worked with individuals to prepare affidavits and evidentiary submissions in support of asylum applications. Lindsey received the Dean’s Award for Excellence for her work in the Refugee & Immigrant Rights Litigation Clinic.
In her free time, Lindsey enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
