About
Charlotte knew from a young age that her goal in life was to help people. As she got older, she developed a passion for immigration law. During law school, Charlotte participating in the Immigrant Justice Clinic at Rutgers Law School and had the opportunity to work on a variety of cases including Cancellation of Removal, SIJS, and U visas.
After graduation, she began her legal career working on a Humanitarian Assistance Project for Afghan Refugees, where she focused exclusively on affirmative asylum, adjustment of status, and family reunification petitions. Since then, she has continued to expand her practice in the affirmative field as well as removal defense.
Charlotte is dedicated to her clients and treats every case as if it were her own family’s. Outside of work Charlotte enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two cats. She loves to garden and enjoys traveling when she can.
