About
Bianca represents immigrants in a broad range of matters, bringing extensive experience advising individuals on the immigration consequences of criminal proceedings through Padilla consultations, representing clients in removal proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and advocating for individuals before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). She has represented both detained and non-detained clients seeking a wide range of immigration relief, including adjustment of status, naturalization, waivers, bond, asylum, and humanitarian visas.
