As a bilingual professional with a background in customer service, Ana brings strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills to her role. She is passionate about making the process clear, welcoming and accessible for clients and her team members. In her current position, she also supports her colleagues and contributes to the continued growth and efficiency of the intake team.
Originally from Cali, Colombia, Ana is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, further developing her skills in leadership, organization and business management. Outside of work and her studies, she enjoys spending time in nature, participating in outdoor or indoor activities and playing the violin. She really enjoys opportunities to grow, learn and connect with other people.
