Kane Vongsavanh is a Partner at Murray Osorio PLLC and one of the firm's leading authorities on corporate and business immigration law. Kane advises multinational corporations, startups, and employers across a broad spectrum of global industries on the full life cycle of employment-based immigration matters.
Kane's corporate immigration practice centers on nonimmigrant and immigrant solutions, including H-1B specialty occupation petitions, L-1A and L-1B intracompany transfers, O-1extraordinary ability visas and TN visas for citizens of Canada and Mexico. He also counsels employers on employment-based permanent residence, including PERM labor certification, I-140 EB-2 NIW and EB-1 immigrant petitions, and Adjustment of Status applications.
