About
Dianisa Erica Sosa is a first-generation Mexican-American attorney raised in El Paso, TX. She graduated from New Mexico State University with both her Bachelor's and Master's. She then attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor.
Dianisa has federal experience working as a clerk of court in the United States District Court in the District of New Mexico in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She was also an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office and a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Christopher dos Santos. Her immigration experience includes family petitions, humanitarian petitions, and affirmative asylum interviews at USCIS. Her most recent experience includes filing habeas corpus petitions throughout the state of Texas and New Mexico.
Outside of work, Dianisa enjoys reading, watching anime, running, and staying active, participating in triathlons and other competitive sports.
