Jennifer "Jen" Haines, who attended law school with the specific goal of pursuing a life-long career in Immigration Law, brings a unique perspective to the field, having practiced across nearly all sub-facets of the profession. Her experience is significant in removal defense and humanitarian claims, the area in which she practices at Murray Osorio, as well as in employment-based and family-based matters. Jen’s experience across the gamut of many sub-fields within immigration law means that she can proactively spot avenues for benefits or solve for issues in cases. Within the areas of removal defense and humanitarian/family based immigration, Jen’s experience includes depth in waivers including 237a1h, 212i, 212h, and provisional unlawful presence waivers (I-601A), Asylum Applications, EOIR-42B Applications, Motions/Appeals before EOIR and the BIA, nonimmigrant visas in the T and U categories, DACA, and family based petitions for immediate relatives and in the preference categories alike.
