Lorena Turriate-Gil

Lorena was born in the United States, but her Peruvian heritage has shaped much of who she is and inspired her passion for the immigration field. 

As a first-generation college graduate, Lorena has worked hard as a Latina student to make her family proud. Lorena graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (go Rams!) with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Lorena always knew she wanted to give back to her community since starting her degree and making sure that her family and loved ones are always aware of what is going on within Immigration. She is proud to work at Murray Osorio where she is constantly learning and helping those around her. 

In her free time, she loves to watch soccer with her husband and enjoys time with her feline babies, Milo, Nami, Simba, and Meow Meow.
