Ronit Thapa serves as the System Administrator for the firm, leading all technology operations and overseeing a IT support team responsible for day-to-day user support. Having joined the firm as an IT Specialist, he has grown into a role that spans identity and access management, endpoint security, compliance, and system integration across the firm's full technology stack. He manages the firm's Microsoft 365 environment — including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Defender as well as core business platforms such as Salesforce, Zoom, Adobe, Ramp and enterprise workflow automation. Ronit also leads the firm's adoption of AI-powered tools and automation, integrating intelligent workflows that enhance operational efficiency and support the legal team's day-to-day work.
Ronit holds a Bachelor of Science in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University and maintains eleven professional certifications, including the Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300), AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate, and CompTIA Security+. He further developed his cybersecurity expertise through virtual programs with Clifford Chance US LLP and the Mastercard Cybersecurity Virtual Experience Program.
Outside of work, Ronit plays soccer in the Fairfax Adult Soccer League (FXASL) and enjoys mountain biking.
