Sabrina is an experienced professional with over 20 years of Human Resources experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Colorado and is an active SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Sabrina has worked in the retail and e-commerce industries before her work at Murray Osorio, leading HR teams across the US as both start-up and established businesses. Sabrina has dedicated her leadership to supporting her employees while balancing business and operational needs. She is a results-driven leader who quickly takes on responsibilities to develop employee and leader expertise to immediately contribute to the overall operation. She identifies business staffing and training needs, as well as recognizes potential problems, and proposes effective solutions to meet business requirements. Her comprehensive experience in HR discipline includes the development of policy and procedure, labor relations, compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management and assessment, and overall organizational design.

Beyond her professional achievements, Sabrina enjoys traveling, attending concerts and festivals, and is an avid baseball fan. She is dedicated to hosting minor league players from other countries in her home to support them in their baseball career while in the US and brings that same passion to the Murray Osorio team in supporting and uplifting others, both clients and employees.
