About
Mekhai Jones-Foye is an attorney at Murray Osorio PLLC. She brings a strong foundation in immigration law and a passion for advocating on behalf of individuals navigating the U.S. immigration system.
Prior to joining Murray Osorio, Mekhai served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Board of Immigration Appeals, entering through the U.S. Department of Justice Attorney General’s Honors Program. In that role, she drafted appellate decisions for Appellate Immigration Judges, conducted in-depth legal research, and analyzed complex immigration issues across a range of case types.

It was through this hands-on work that she developed a deep commitment to immigration advocacy.
