About
Mariah is an attorney at Murray Osorio PLLC, where she is part of the Defensive team representing clients in removal proceedings before immigration courts. Her practice encompasses all forms of relief from removal, including asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers of inadmissibility, appellate advocacy, and other forms of humanitarian relief.
Before joining Murray Osorio, Mariah managed a diverse range of affirmative and defensive immigration matters, serving as an advocate for clients before the immigration courts, USCIS, asylum offices, U.S. embassies, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in federal district court. She earned her Juris Doctor from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, where she served as a student attorney in the Immigration Litigation Clinic, providing direct representation to individuals pursuing fear-based protections and related relief.
Mariah is deeply committed to her role as an advocate, focused on helping individuals navigate complex immigration challenges while empowering families and strengthening communities. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
