Jana Moss is an attorney with Murray Osorio’s defensive practice group, representing both detained and non-detained clients in their removal proceedings.
Before joining Murray Osorio, Jana worked in the Children’s Team at Amica Center for Immigrant Rights (formerly CAIR Coalition) where she focused on Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and asylum, as well as providing Know Your Rights presentations and legal screenings to detained children and teens.
Jana received her juris doctor from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. During law school, Jana was a member of the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP) and participated in the Immigrant Justice Clinic.
Before attending law school, Jana completed an MA in Migration and Refugee Studies at the American University in Cairo. Her desire to provide practical assistance to people fearing deportation led her to become an immigration attorney.
