Dominique Antoine is a senior attorney who handles a wide range of immigration matters, including removal defense, motion practice, family petitions & interviews, and humanitarian relief. She has practiced law since 2013 and exclusively in immigration for almost a decade. She has experience in immigration courts in Newark, New York City, Buffalo, Ulster, Connecticut, Baltimore, Charlotte, and California, etc.
Dominique received her B.S. from St. John’s University with a degree in Marketing and International Business. In Law School, Dominique received her International Law Certification, participated in an International Law Externship Abroad Course program in Hong Kong and Australia, and served as the Note and Comment Editor for the International Law Review. Dominique also attended law school and graduate school simultaneously and received her JD and MBA. She also served as an editor for her Economics professor’s articles while in graduate school.
Dominique is the daughter and granddaughter of immigrants, with her mother’s family migrating from Colombia and her father migrating from Haiti. Both sides settling in NYC- the city where Dominique was born and loves. With this background, Dominique approaches all her immigration cases with diligence, compassion, and a commitment to excellence.
In her free time, Dominique is an avid traveler and has been to 20+ countries spanning over 5 continents and 20+ US states. She is a foodie who enjoys restaurants & food festivals, enjoys board games & trivia, movies, documentaries, and Broadway plays.
