About
David Gagnidze is an attorney at Murray Osorio PLLC. As an immigrant from the Republic of Georgia, he brings a strong foundation in immigration law and a passion for advocating on behalf of individuals navigating the U.S. immigration system.
Prior to joining Murray Osorio, David served as a law clerk for Murray Osorio PLLC, where he drafted defensive and affirmative asylum briefs and waivers for inadmissibility. He also assisted in drafting habeas and appeal briefs to Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
David earned his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, where he was a student attorney in the Community Equity Economic Development legal Clinic, as well as competed with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. During law school, he was a senior staffer with the American University’s International Law Review.
