Born in Neuquén, Argentina to Bolivian immigrant parents, Carlos brings a multicultural perspective and a strong work ethic to everything he does. He earned his associate’s degree in business management from Northern Virginia Community College, where he developed a solid foundation in organizational operations and financial processes.
Outside the office, Carlos enjoys staying active through regular workouts, playing soccer, and spending meaningful time with his family and friends.
