Eliza Rhine handles a wide range of cases before the Immigration Courts, the Federal Court, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, including asylum, family-based petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, and naturalization. Eliza is now based in our Newark, NJ office handling all types of immigration cases.
In law school, she was a Dean’s Fellow for the Immigrant Justice Clinic, assisting in removal defense matters and a student attorney with the Civil Advocacy clinic, representing clients in wage theft cases. She also spent a month in The Hague, Netherlands with her law school’s War Crime Research office, conducting site visits to international courts and tribunals and taking coursework on international law.

Eliza is originally from Los Angeles, California and has also traveled and lived abroad extensively. She studied abroad in Santiago, Chile and completed a ten-month Fulbright research grant in Nicaragua. She hopes to visit every continent.
