Murray Osorio PLLC is pleased to welcome Benjamin G. Messer to the firm as a Senior Attorney and head of removal defense for the Maryland office. Benjamin has been working with and for immigrants for over a decade as a volunteer, interpreter, clinical student, and attorney. He has significant experience practicing before the Baltimore Immigration Court and has successfully represented clients seeking asylum, termination of removal, cancellation of removal, NACARA, and adjustment of status. Benjamin also specializes in federal court litigation, including habeas and mandamus petitions. In his spare time, Benjamin enjoys games, martial arts, fine cooking, and great coffee.
